Backoffice Coordinator

Profile
Customer focus is key—you excel at making sure guests always leave with a smile.
You’ll be working in an international and social environment, and you get along well with both guests and colleagues.
You can express yourself fluently in both Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
You are flexible, detail-oriented, a hard worker, and highly value hospitality.
You have good knowledge of MS Office, especially Outlook. Other programs will be learned on the job.
Being flexible with hours and weekend shifts is expected in this hotel.
You already have your first experience working in a hotel and are looking for your next challenge.
Responsibilities
As a Backoffice Coordinator, you will oversee the reception, assisting in scheduling with colleagues and stepping in when needed.
You will also support and manage B2B and group reservations for the hotel. Business agreements and group bookings will be developed together with the General Manager.
Your role involves several administrative tasks, which you will manage efficiently.
You ensure smooth collaboration with external partners, including overseeing our external cleaning service and working closely with suppliers.
Schedule
You’ll work within a 38-hour system with a mostly fixed schedule, so you’ll know your shifts in advance. The expected start date is early August.
